Reflexology makes me feel more centred. It helps to create a balanced body and mind. It has relieved pains that I have not been able to relieve with other treatments by relaxing deep in areas I cannot normally get too. Foot Reflexology is something I would receive once a week at the end of busy week to relax my mind and body after a hectic 60 hour week. I would recommend Reflexology to anyone.
