Hot Stone Massage
Let the blissful heat relax deep muscle tension
Our massage team combines the delicious heat of the Basalt Hot Stones with Swedish Massage to deeply relax your body, ease tense muscles and improve blood flow.
You’ll never want this appointment to end so our Hot Stone Massage is an 80min appointment where your Therapist will create a customised massage plan of which body parts from neck, chest, arms, front of legs, back of legs, feet and back can be included to your personal preference.
What kind of rocks do we use?
Hot Stone Massage requires special rock- volcanic Basalt Stone as the rich iron content allows the heat to sink deep into the rock and then transfer deep into your muscles.
Don’t pay $200+ in a day spa, our 80mins appointment is only $145.
Will hot rocks be left on my skin to burn?
Definitely not, your G-Vitalized Therapist has been professionally trained in Hot Rock placement and massage. Most of the rocks are used in sweeping motions so they feel hotter in our hands than on your back! Placement stones can be used over the towel for the back, or small stones in the hands or between the toes.
Suffering from a headache on the day or sinus pain?
We also have cold white rocks that can be incorporated into your treatment! Just ask your Therapist.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does an initial Remedial Massage long consult involve?
In an initial appointment your Remedial Therapist will get you to fill out some information on our New Client Health History form, then take you through to the consultation room to discuss your aches and pains, health history and previous treatments. They will then take you through the G-Vitalize FGM Screening Process to assess what areas require treatment.
Your Therapist will then discuss the best treatment plan going forward, including your massage and any home based movements or modifications to help your condition progression.
