Theragun Air Compression Boots
Theragun boots start by compression at the foot and then the fill the other 3 internal overlapping champers. It feels like the boots are give your legs a big hug! The process of this pressure starting at the foot and building up is important to maximise lymphatic flow, unlike other boots that interrupt air flow releasing pressure down the line potentially creating harmful peaks and valleys of pressure.

What does an initial Remedial Massage long consult involve?
In an initial appointment your Remedial Therapist will get you to fill out some information on our New Client Health History form, then take you through to the consultation room to discuss your aches and pains, health history and previous treatments. They will then take you through the G-Vitalize FGM Screening Process to assess what areas require treatment.
Your Therapist will then discuss the best treatment plan going forward, including your massage and any home based movements or modifications to help your condition progression.
Can I use my health fund?

Great Q! Each practitioner has their own skill sets and expertise, however, each of the G-Vitalize Remedial Therapist all conduct their initial assessments using the G-Vitalize FGM and regularly participates in Team Training to improve their skills. At the end of your first consults if one of our team thinks another G-Vitalize practitioner would be better suited to your healing journey they will discuss this with you at your appointment.

Reflexology makes me feel more centred. It helps to create a balanced body and mind. It has relieved pains that I have not been able to relieve with other treatments by relaxing deep in areas I cannot normally get too.
